The programme for our 2015 Conference at the Wilson Carlile Centre has been finalised. The Centre is right in the heart of Sheffield, with easy access from rail and bus.
Arriving from 4 pm (Friday 9th October) onwards there will be worship and our theme leader, Rev. John Bullamore, will introduce the conference theme.
On Saturday, in addition to sessions led by John, we will welcome Rosie Pitman from the International Nepal Fellowship. She will update us on the work of the Pokhara Ear Hospital which Open Ears is helping to fund. She will also be able to tell us more about how Nepal is coping after the recent dreadful earthquakes.
On Saturday afternoon we plan to visit Haddon Hall in Derbyshire β or you may want to explore Sheffield city centre. Haddon Hall has been described as βthe most perfect house to survive from the middle ages.β You can find out more about the Hall by visiting http://www.haddonhall.co.uk/
On Sunday there will be further teaching sessions from John, who will also lead Holy Communion. The event will close after lunch on Sunday.
