The 2011 Open Ears Conference took place at Glenfall House, just on the outskirts of Cheltenham.   Around 30 Open Ears members were able to meet for fellowship and prayer.   The highlight of the weekend was the teaching given by Jennifer Rees-Larcombe of “Beauty from Ashes” (www.beautyfromashes.co.uk )   Jen shared the story of her own personal experience which led to her special ministry of healing.  During the course of the weekend members were able to offer testimony and teaching.   The new hearing loop recently purchased from the RNID was given its first public test, and proved its worth as the Glenfall House system didn’t work!   At night some members were able to make use of the Chapel where Edwin led in the office of Compline.  At the end of the conference those who wished were able to take part in a Communion service.
