Open Ears exists to support anyone affected by hearing loss through encouragement, information, Christian teaching, and fellowship. Hearing loss is an unseen disability, often making it hard for individuals to feel seen, heard, and understood. At Open Ears, we “get it,” and we’re passionate about ensuring everyone in the wider Christian community feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential in Jesus Christ.

To continue and expand this vital work, we’re looking for new Trustees to join our dedicated team.

We particularly encourage applications from ethnic minority backgrounds and men, as we are committed to building a diverse and balanced team.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Financial Planning and Accounting: An understanding of budgeting and financial oversight.

• Strategy and Goal Setting: Experience in shaping long-term visions and actionable plans.

• Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of platforms and how to grow our online presence.

• Website Management: Skills to oversee updates and improve our digital outreach.
